Chatrium Recruitment System (CRS) is an all-in-one recruitment management system designed specifically to streamline the hiring process for the Chatrium Hospitality group.
Applicants can view open positions, filter by property, and apply through an online form.
An overview of application statistics, trend graphs, and recent applicant data.
View, filter, search, and update applicant statuses, including data export.
Add, edit, and manage job postings with a publication scheduling system.
Add, edit property information, including uploading logos (Admin).
Role-based system for Admins and HR, with access control for specific properties (Admin).
Job applicants and website visitors can use the public-facing pages.
Can manage applicants and job listings only for their assigned properties.
Has full access to all system functions and can view data from all properties.
Applicants can search for desired positions using the 'Search Position' box or filter by 'Filter by Property' to see jobs at a specific hotel.
Click the 'View Details / Apply' button to see job details like responsibilities and qualifications. If interested, click 'Apply for this Position' to go to the application form.
Fill in personal details, work history, education, and skills. You can attach a resume (PDF only, max 5MB) and apply for up to 3 positions at the same property.
The first position you select is your primary application, which is automatically selected based on the job you clicked.
Click the user icon in the top-right menu. Enter your Username and Password. After 5 failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes for security.

Use the checkboxes in front of names to select multiple applicants, then use the 'Bulk Actions' menu above the table to change their status all at once.
Admins can add, edit, or delete hotel/property information from this page.
Each property must have a unique 'Property Code'. A property can only be deleted if no jobs are assigned to it.
Admins can create new user accounts, edit passwords, and assign permissions.
When creating an HR user, you can select which properties they can manage and what specific permissions they have (e.g., view-only, edit, export).
The system records all significant actions like logins, data creation/deletion for security and auditing purposes.
Admins can change the main system logo and the banner image that appears on the public Careers page from here.

Please ensure the file is in .pdf format and the size does not exceed 5MB.
Try clicking the 'Reset Filters' button to clear all filters, then search again.
Try refreshing the page (press F5 or Ctrl+R). If the problem persists, your session may have expired. Try logging out and logging back in.
