๐ŸŒ Public Section Usage (For Applicants)

Searching for Jobsโ–ถ

Applicants can search for desired positions using the 'Search Position' box or filter by 'Filter by Property' to see jobs at a specific hotel.

Viewing Details and Applyingโ–ถ

Click the 'View Details / Apply' button to see job details like responsibilities and qualifications. If interested, click 'Apply for this Position' to go to the application form.

Filling the Applicationโ–ถ

Fill in personal details, work history, education, and skills. You can attach a resume (PDF only, max 5MB) and apply for up to 3 positions at the same property.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip

The first position you select is your primary application, which is automatically selected based on the job you clicked.

โš™๏ธ Management Section Usage (For HR/Admin)

Logging Inโ–ถ

Click the user icon in the top-right menu. Enter your Username and Password. After 5 failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes for security.

Dashboardโ–ถ

The first page after login, showing a recruitment overview. Use the filters to analyze data by date range, property, or job title.

Managing Applicantsโ–ถ

Workflow

  1. Use filtering and search tools to find the desired applicant.
  2. Click the eye icon ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ to view full details.
  3. In the details modal, you can read information, view the resume, add internal notes, and change the applicant's status.
  4. When changing the status to 'Hired', the system will prompt you to specify the final hiring property and position title.

๐Ÿ’ก Bulk Actions

Use the checkboxes in front of names to select multiple applicants, then use the 'Bulk Actions' menu above the table to change their status all at once.

Managing Job Listingsโ–ถ

Job Statuses

  • Draft: Saved in the system but not visible on the website.
  • Active: Live on the website and open for applications.
  • Scheduled: Will go live automatically on the specified start date.
  • Expired: End date has passed; no longer visible on the website.

Special Tools

  • ๐Ÿš€ Publish/Unpublish: Toggle between Draft and Active status.
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Duplicate: Copy a job to create a similar new posting.
  • ๐Ÿ”— Copy Link: Get a direct application link for this specific job.
Managing Properties (Admin)โ–ถ

Admins can add, edit, or delete hotel/property information from this page.

โš ๏ธ Important

Each property must have a unique 'Property Code'. A property can only be deleted if no jobs are assigned to it.

Managing Users (Admin)โ–ถ

Admins can create new user accounts, edit passwords, and assign permissions.

Assigning HR Permissions

When creating an HR user, you can select which properties they can manage and what specific permissions they have (e.g., view-only, edit, export).

Activity Logs (Admin)โ–ถ

The system records all significant actions like logins, data creation/deletion for security and auditing purposes.

System Settings (Admin)โ–ถ

Admins can change the main system logo and the banner image that appears on the public Careers page from here.

๐Ÿ”ง Common Issues (FAQ)

Cannot log in / Forgot passwordโ–ถ

Please contact a System Administrator (Admin) to reset your password.

Cannot upload resume fileโ–ถ

Please ensure the file is in .pdf format and the size does not exceed 5MB.

Cannot find an applicant/jobโ–ถ

Try clicking the 'Reset Filters' button to clear all filters, then search again.

Screen freezes or buttons don't workโ–ถ

Try refreshing the page (press F5 or Ctrl+R). If the problem persists, your session may have expired. Try logging out and logging back in.
